Payment

Delivery
1) First of all, we will send the item to you by E-packet delivery if you are in USA. Maybe it will take about 7-15 business days. If you are outside of USA,we will send it to you by China Post Air mail. It is slow, maybe you will recieved the item after you paid 35-55 days later.If you want to get it fast,please contact us and pay with paypal derectly. Then we will send it by DHL,UPS,FEDEX or EMS.but you should pay the express fee at first.China Post Air Mail(CMAM) is not like EMS or DHL EXpress, it does not have tracking information when the goods arrive to each address every day.It just have 2 post address, one is start post address, the other is the end post address.
If you just see the starting address on CPAM tracking website, it means the item is in the shipping process,please wait patiently. If you see there is tracking information of your country on china post website, it means the item has arrived. Please be careful and contact the post office in your country.
2)Normally FedEx,UPS and DHL take 7-15 days, EMS takes 7-20 days and USPS takes 7-10 days to deliver.China post air mail is very slow, it takes 30-45 workdays to deliver,so please tell us. if you want to get itemn fast, please choose UPS,DHL,TNT,EMS,FEDEX. If there is any delay,it may be caused by bad weather or custom inspection.If you don't receive the item within 30 DAYS, please contact us.We will choose the most economic way from the above. Please note that we ship to Russia via EMS only and ship to South America via EMS mostly.For some countries(Russia,Brazil,etc), it takes a long time for customs clearance.We are unable to take any responsibility for any customs delay.

Return
