Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping on all items unless otherwise stated. If you have an “ADD TO CART” button, place the items you want into your cart and the combined shipping discount will be automatically calculated when you check out. If you DO NOT have an “ADD TO CART” button, contact us for the combined shipping cost for the items you want to buy. If you buy multiple items separately on the same business day and then ask for combined shipping, we’ll combine all items into 1 package and then refund the shipping overcharge.

Shipping Policy

We know you want your item as soon as possible and we take pride in providing very fast shipping (see our feedback). That’s why we ship most items within 24 hours because we want to get your item in the mail as quickly as possible. We primarily use the US Postal Service for both US and international shipments and they’re service is very reliable and cost effective. We also offer UPS shipping on select items.

International Shipments: We ship Worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Shipping Charges

We’d really like to offer free shipping on everything we sell, but unfortunately we can’t. On select items we do offer free shipping, but on all other items we set the shipping charges as close as possible to what we pay for shipping so we can offer you the lowest shipping cost possible.

Returns

At Mark’s Moto Gear, your satisfaction with the product is our #1 goal and we will stand behind everything we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, we will be happy to take the item back and refund your money within 14 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you return a product, the item must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Please make sure all original packaging, tags, instructions, literature, etc. is included with the item. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition.
