Hydraulic For Racing Clutches At only 1.8 lbs. this Howe hydraulic throw out bearing is the lightest available. It is not made from a porous casting, but from tough billet aluminum. Compatible with most reduced diameter racing clutches including Quarter Master and Tilton. The unit installs by simply removing two of the bearing retainer bolts and replacing them with the provided studs. The optional remote bleeder kit (8289) allows for easy bleeding of the system outside of the bell housing. This throw out bearing will not work with a stock clutch or Ram coupler. Fully compressed, the unit is 2-3/8" thick and will need at least .060 working clearance. Fully extended it is 2-3/4" thick extended providing 3/8" throw.

Range Rover Sport 2014 Product Video arrives
Fri, 26 Apr 2013Just yesterday we had the first official confirmation from Land Rover of prices and specs for the new Range Rover Sport (although we actually published them some time ago) and Land Rover has now released a new product film of the RRS – a glorified video commercial, if you like. But unlike the RRS videos we had when the Sport first appeared, this video is much slicker and does manage to convey much better what the new Sport has on offer. From an opening showing design sketches of the new Sport, we get the Sport driving on a banked track, on deserted B-roads and off-road too.
Chrysler first-quarter profits down
Mon, 29 Apr 2013Chrysler Group said net income fell to $166 million in the first quarter as costs of two large product launches crimped the automaker's seventh consecutive quarterly profit. Profit fell 65 percent from the $473 million posted during the same quarter of 2012, Chrysler said in a statement today. First-quarter revenues dropped 6 percent to $15.4 billion.
