Roush debuts tuner kit for 2011 Ford Mustang

If the 412 hp from your 5.0-liter Mustang just isn't quite enough, Roush Performance Products has launched the ROUSHcharger tuner kit for your car, boosting output to 550 hp on pump gasoline with more than 470 lb-ft of torque. The kit (part number 421140) has a suggested retail price of $5,999 and is available now. The kit comes with a 90-millimeter pulley and generates an estimated seven pounds of boost.

This is the BMW i8 Concept, a near-production preview of Munich’s new plug-in hybrid supercar. Audi and Mercedes might have stolen a march on BMW with the R8 and SLS respectively, but while its rivals prepare limited-run electric versions of their supercars, BMW is putting this i8 into proper mass production in just two years time. The BMW i8, and its i3 EV sibling, will be revealed at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show in September. Arabian horse inspires bespoke Rolls Royce Phantom Mirage [w/gallery]

Rolls-Royce has created a bespoke Phantom Coupé named Mirage, inspired by the powerful Arabian stallion of the same name that became famous during the 1920s and ‘30s. The one-off car, designed for the United Arab Emirates market, features a matte black exterior with horse's head incorporated into its coachline detail, a motif that continues into the Mugello Red and black interior. There is also silver detailing such as the rope inlay on the front fascia and door capping.
