This is a Hurst competition plus. The shifter is in good condition. Looks like original mounting bolts. I took the bottom plate off to take pictures in side. The shifter handle is not striped out. The shifter arm has some very minor pitting. The 2 linkages are rough condition but would work until you got more. There is no reverse linkage. I don't have the little bracket that bolt the shifter arm to the shifter body.

The remaining 16 contestants in the U.S. GT Academy will head to England's Silverstone circuit for a weeklong boot camp in June, Sony Computer Entertainment America and Nissan North America said Wednesday. The GT Academy began with 53,000 registrants who competed for the opportunity to race for Nissan in an undisclosed event.
