PAYMENT - Payments are accepted via PayPal only.  The item will not ship until the payment is free and clear and then only to a certified PayPal address.  If an issue with immediate payment comes up, I have no problem working with a buyer who first communicates this fact with me.  Auctions that go for over seven (7) days without communication or payment will be turned over to the eBay Resolution Center and the item shall be relisted at the end of that procedure.

SHIPPING - Shipping to North America and eBay Global Shipping is available for this item.  Bids placed for delivery to destinations outside of valid ones shall be cancelled.  I do not profit from shipping costs so actual shipping plus a small handling / packing materials cost is shown.  In case of accidental overcharge of shipping costs or for combined shipping a partial refund shall be credited to the auction account.  Handling time is two (2) days from auction payment.  Note that I will fill out customs forms ONLY for the value of the auction and not for a lesser amount, so please do not ask me to falsify a government document.

RETURNS - Returns for used auction items are not available.  Returns on items listed as new must be in their original and unopened packaging.  I do my best to describe items accurately but in case of any perceived discrepancy, please contact me first for resolution of the problem and I will do my best to be fair with you.  Items sold as 'for parts or not working' are sold as is and I will not accept returns on these items...what you see is what you get.  Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to research the suitability of an item for their application and environmental conditions.  For example will not accept returns for items that do not do what the buyer thought they should do or do not work with the type of electrical power available in the buyer's area.
