For sale is a old matched pair of bakelite light plug end caps. First five pics are of the threaded end caps you will be getting. These have what seems like 5/8 X 20 Threads. These have excellenet threads. These are NOS, very good very old Not reproductions. Screw on all my connectors like in in the last 2 pics. Only 2 thimble end caps are included in this listing, the 3rd from last pics is for example only. Last 3 pictures are for example only. Great for a cycle or rat rod. Pictures should tell story. Lexus launches own Design Award contest
Tue, 30 Oct 2012The first Lexus Design Award has been launched that gives the next generation of designers the chance of seeing their work showcased at next year's Milan Design Week. The theme of this global competition is ‘Motion', with Lexus looking for designs that respond to issues in daily life that relate to ‘Motion' as well as providing solutions. Two of the ten award winners will then develop prototypes with a renowned designer – either Sam Hecht or Junya Ishigami – acting as their mentor.

That deal between Mercedes and Tesla has already reaped some rewards with the Smart EV and electric B-Class, but it seems Mercedes wants more EVs in its lineup and wants Tesla to provide the powertrains and batteries. Speaking to Reuters, Daimler’s CFO, Bodo Uebber, said they were looking at more ways to work with Tesla and that they were looking to fo more in the premium compact arena to appeal to a younger demographic.
