Most items are stocked in our eastcoast warehouse. If you would like to visit our store to pick up an item you purchased, or want to purchase, we need you to notify us prior to your arrival so we can make sure the product will be ready for pickup.

We ship most orders from our CT warehouse Mon-Fri and tracking information will be updated on your ebay transaction. All orders paid using PayPal will only be shipped to confirmed addresses as required by Paypal’s Protection Policies.

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping options and international locations where we ship are indicated in the listing. Please click on the Shipping Tab enter your country/zip code for shipping cost. Import Duties, Taxes and Charges are not included in the item price or shipping/handling charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your Country’s Customs Office to determine what additional cost there will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ –US and International Government regulations prohibit such behavior.
International Shipping Policy: International Shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class, Priority Mail, Priority Express or DHL Express. The purchase price of the items will be stated on the customs form according to federal law. This also assures accurate valuation for insurance claims in case the item is lost or damaged. All International shipments are sent from our Connecticut warehouse only and may require additional days to consolidate to this location. You may be subject to import duties and taxes and we cannot be held liable for any charges and/or any delays caused by customs within your country. We have no control over this and you would need to contact your local customs to find what, if any, charges/delays there may be. When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
INSURANCE & SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:
Shipping insurance & signature confirmation is not included in the shipping/handling fee and must be requested prior to payment. Please purchase the item, do not pay for it. Notify us either thru eBay~email @ grimparts or call us at @ 860-871-9999 and we will add insurance and or signature confirmation fee to your invoice, and then you can make your payment.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please proceed according to the following protocol: If the parcel appears to be lost based on the tracking information from the carrier or if it has been more than 15 business days since we shipped the package, please contact us to begin a trace on the shipment. NOTE: USPS Loss claims can take 21-60 days for USPS to complete their end of the trace investigation. We cannot begin an insurance claim until USPS deems the package lost. If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, (Note: Only open the package in the presence of the carrier). Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damaged package. After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately to begin an insurance claim. Please include your full name, address, phone number, and eBay item number with your notification. Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim. You have up to 5 days after receipt of goods to notify us if the item is damaged and/or incorrect. Once an insurance claim is approved, we will replace the item in question or issue a refund for the value of the claim if the items cannot be replaced.
RETURN POLICIES:
We do not accept returns on any electrical parts, Tire Tubes or Swimwear.
Please contact us regarding all returns - All return(s) must be in the same “NEW - UNUSED” condition as they were received. All item(s) must have any & all original undamaged packaging. A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be applied to all items without them or any signs of use/wear to the item. At our discretion all refunds less the original shipping will be honored once the item arrives to us. Grimpart’s ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS will be nonrefundable. Return shipping is non-refundable. All consideration will be made in the case of damaged, misfitment listed or a incorrect item sent. In the case of a EXCHANGE a customer maybe invoiced for additional shipping. If the exchangeable item requested is not available when we receive the return we will automatically issue a refund less our actual postal price for shipping.There is a period of 14 days for the date of purchase to return the item or the return can be refused and/or a 20% restocking fee can be applied.
All returns refunds and restockings fee will be at the sellers discreation.

Aston Martin’s 2015 Lagonda saloon revealed on way to Oman

Oman Air publicised its role in transporting this prototype out to Muscat ‘as part of its early testing programme.’ We hope it travelled first class; the Lagonda will only be offered on sale to its wealthiest clients in the region. It’s only one month since Aston Martin confirmed the Lagonda project and issued a solitary teaser image of the saloon, side-on and shrouded in shadows.
Volvo S60 DRIVe & V60 DRIVe launch
Tue, 22 Feb 2011The Volvo V60 DRIVe This week we’re out playing with a Volvo DRIVe model, although our car is the S40 DRIVe. DRIVe models are Volvo’s push at all things green (or all things blue if you’re German) and take a regular Volvo and eco the bejesus out of it with stuff like stop-start, low rolling resistance tyres and the plethora of eco-toys car makers use to make the headline economy and emissions unbelievable. The result is a Volvo that drives pretty much the same as any Volvo but which can – as long as you play the eco-driving game – run almost on fresh air, and because cars like this are designed to hit emissions targets on official cycles, they’re also good on stuff like VED and BIK. And if the S40 DRIVe we’ve got this week is anything to go by, you can still drive with enthusiasm and enjoy it as long as you don’t mind the economy suffering.
BMW 3 Series GT Spied
Fri, 25 Mar 20112012 BMW 3-Series GT caught being transported I can’t say we’ve really laid awake at night thinking about it, but the reveal of the BMW 3 Series GT must be getting close. As, for that matter, must the whole new 2012 BMW 3-Series. We first reported that BMW were making a 3-Series GT back in 2009, but we did know they wouldn’t be building one on the current platform, waiting instead for when the new 3-Series due to put in an appearance, probably at Frankfurt in the Autumn (if not before).
