POLICIES:
Refunds are given if pre-approved. All returned items must be returned unused in their original packaging and a restocking fee up to 15% may apply.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours. If insured a refund will be given after insurance claim has been settled with shipping company.

All items are shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days AFTER payment has cleared. International orders can take up to two (2) days longer. USPS is the cheapest way to ship but with that cheaper shippng you "DO NOT" get a tracking number it is a delievery confirmation number. Sometimes the package is not scanned at all points.
