Always choose polyurethane over metal spacers for a superior comfortable ride. All payments must be received within 7-10 business days. All international orders must be paid with PayPal. International Buyers please be aware that all Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs with be prior to purchasing. Any charges will normally be collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. These are not additional shipping charges. SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
We combine shipping on multiple items that are ordered at the same time. Please order the items you like and before payment we will combine shipping for you. We will always make sure we are giving you the best option for combined shipping. Combined shipping doesn't always mean it's going to be the same cost as any one of the items purchased. All posted shipping prices are for the continental US and for HI, AK, AP and FPO. For international shipping quotes please email us.

POLICIES:
Refunds are given if pre-approved. All returned items must be returned unused in their original packaging and a restocking fee up to 15% may apply.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges, installation, removal, or any other unforeseen charges.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours. If insured a refund will be given after insurance claim has been settled with shipping company.
All items are shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days AFTER payment has cleared. International orders can take up to two (2) days longer. After that you should allow for transit times by carrier. Please check your eBay record and the messages tab for shipping confirmation. If you cannot find a tracking number in your eBay record for your purchased item from RUKSE then please email us your name, address, and item number and we will forward one to you.
PLEASE NOTE: International buyers - we cannot control shipment times once it leaves our facility. USPS is the cheapest way to ship but with that cheaper shipping you "DO NOT" get a tracking number it is a delivery confirmation number. Sometimes the package is not scanned at all points. Other times the packages get stuck in customs, at your post office, or other points along the shipping route. Please note this and if you want a tracking number please pay for UPS shipping. We are not responsible for shipments once they leave our local post office in Sandy, UT. Please contact us for questions or if your package is lost. We will try and make every effort to help you locate it.
