If you found these you know what you're looking at. These are duraflo vinyl binders in perfect working condition. The covers are in good shape too just the scraping you can see on the spines from pulling them in and out of my chart case. I also have a bracket that I used in an Embraer 145. UK pays £30 million a month in parking fines

So far in 2013, councils have handed out over 890,000 tickets a month – an increase of 4% on 2012 figures. The huge £30 million total is based on the UK average parking fine of £42.
