Condition:Pre-owned Brand:Joe Rocket

Great condition Joe Rocket Ballistic jacket. Comes with shoulder, back, elbow/forearm armor. Also included is the factory quilted winter liner that zips into the main jacket & has two loops with snap fasteners inside of the wrist area of each sleve to keep liner in position and not ride up while wearing. Tons of storage pockets & has volume adjustments for arms. It has pit zips and a horizontal zipped flap in the low back of jacket for venting. Made of heavy codura, with reflective piping in key locations. All zipped locations on the main red jacket have storm flaps to keep moisture out. Has waist adjustment for better fitment.
Condition of jacket is great. No fading, very low hour use, no holes, no burns, no freyed stitching, nothing missing or damaged, all zippers work like new, armor holding areas are secure and no issues keeping armor in place.
Sizing wise, I would take a look at there website. It is a large and has a boxy USA cut to it. I wear a 40" suit coat, 160lbs & 30" waist and it is big on me, with armor and winter liner in it.
Please ask questions before buying if you are unsure about fitment. I will do my best to help & find the correct information for you.
This is not my place of employment, so please be patient with my response on questions. Have been a long time A++++ buyer here, but just started to sell a few things starting last week. Please look at photos with the seamstress tape to help with sizing. I have done my best to describe this jacket accurately.
If for any reason jacket has not been described accurately once received, please contact me before leaving anything but 4star positive feedback. I will do my very best to work with you and resolve the issue.
No international shipping.
    Thank you for looking,

Land Rover Defender Challenge announced (2014)

Wed, 30 Oct 2013

By Damion Smy Motor Industry 30 October 2013 12:01 Land Rover has confirmed that it is the official sponsor of the 2014 ‘Defender Challenger by Bowler’, which will see a field of up to 15 tricked-up Defender 90s hit the rough stuff as crews get down and dirty, Dakar style. It’s all about enticing those who are curious about rally raids, such as the legendary Dakar event that’s held early each year. A lack of experience, as well as costs, has made it difficult for novices looking to qualify for the necessary licence, so the Defender Challenge is ideal for rally wannabes looking to dip a toe in the water, so to speak, with no experience required to enter.

Rated: self-braking cars that avoid a crash

Wed, 30 Oct 2013

The most recent advance in vehicle safety has to be the autonomous emergency braking system (AEB) – a sophisticated suite of sensors and electronics that monitors objects in front of your car, automatically applying the brakes for you if it senses you’re heading to hit something. Up until now these auto-brake features have not been rated, but ahead of a new 2014 test that will include AEB systems in its overall safety star scoring, Euro NCAP has put the some of the vehicles already equipped with this technology through their paces. MSN Cars has the results.

Subaru shows off Viziv2 concept at Geneva Motor Show

Tue, 04 Mar 2014

Subaru brought a new concept to the Geneva Motor Show this week, dubbed Viziv2. It's hard to ignore the somewhat alien-sounding name, and it stands for "vision for innovation." And it's the second Viziv concept, Subaru having debuted a similar concept car at last year's Geneva Motor Show. Like the concept that came before it, Viziv2 is meant to preview design language and technologies working their way into Subaru production cars, and we can already see a resemblance between the 2015 Subaru Legacy, as well as the recently-revealed WRX STI, and the concept vehicle that Subaru has brought to Geneva.
