Part:  ~PROFESSIONALLY REMANUFACTURED~ 1997-1998 JOHNSON/EVINRUDE V6 FICHT 150 & 175 hp POWERHEAD.  Removed from a 1998 Evinrude 150hp Ficht outboard (Serial #G4417086).  This powerhead head has been disassembled and all internals inspected.  Bare block was cleaned, passageways cleared and cylinders honed with cross-hatching so new rings seat properly.  It was then rebuilt using new rings, gaskets & seals.  Per our research, it appears to only fit 1997 & 1998 model V6 Ficht motors (150 or 175hp) but it may also fit additional models, please do your own research or ask your mechanic or dealer. Note that the injectors screw in, this is NOT the bolt-in type. Also, the powerhead has the newer style (updated model) of cylinder head where there is a protective pin to shield the injector from the spark.  Please call with questions...Thanks If this is not what you're looking for please see our other listings and/or ebay store. Please come by the shop to see the motor for yourself and/or call with any questions!

Condition: Rebuilt with new rings, gaskets & seals.  Ready to bolt onto your midsection and move all your electronics and fueling system onto this powerhead.

LA Motor Show: Honda brings mass-volume hydrogen power closer

Thu, 21 Nov 2013

HONDA has showcased its next generation hydrogen fuel cell technology, which is the first to fit entirely within a traditional engine bay. A 60% increase in energy density and a 33% reduction in size have jointly allowed the creation of the new Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) concept, which has a range of roughly 300 miles and can be refuelled in about three minutes. With all its components in a single location, the FCEV benefits from huge freedom in design for the rest of the car.

Seat Leon SC (2013) first pictures of the Leon three-door

Tue, 12 Feb 2013

Seat's sportier, three-door Leon is revealed for the first time today (11 February), and it's the first time the Spanish Golf has ben sold as a three-door.  The 'SC' moniker stands for 'Sports Coupe', but don't think of the Leon SC as a VW Scirocco rival. Despite a shortened wheelbase and raked rear screen, the Leon SC boasts the same rear headroom and bootspace as its five-door sister, claims Seat. Is the new Seat Leon SC just two doors short of a regular Leon?
