Bristol Cars is back with new Pinnacle model coming in 2015

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 05 September 2014 13:00 Bristol Cars is back from the dead with today’s announcement of a new hybrid GT – dubbed Project Pinnacle – slated for launch in 2015. The news came at the suitably swanky Concours of Elegance in Hampton Court Palace, London. Bristol Cars crashed into administration in 2011, but was snapped up by Kamkorp Autokraft, part of the Frazer-Nash group.

CDN and Opel/Vauxhall launch Interactive Design Competition

Opel/Vauxhall today asks students: "What do you think is our lounge style?" as part of a new, interactive design competition being launched with Car Design News. The competition is for students studying at design schools (of any discipline) in Europe, and will be in two stages: Stage 1 is the interior, and then Stage 2 the exterior. It culminates in a display of the work of the finalists and announcement of the two winners at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2011.

Ford Kuga: New engines & Ford Kuga ‘Individual’

The Ford Kuga gets a new diesel lump in two flavours for 2010/2011 It shouldn’t come as a much of a shock that Ford are sticking new diesel engines in the Ford Kuga. We reported back in February that the Kuga was due an engine transplant with the Mondeo also in line for some new oily bits. Ford sent us details of the new Mondeo engines for 2011 last month, and now its the turn of the Kuga.
