Up for grabs, I have a lower unit removed from a 1976 70 HP Evinrude outboard. Should fit several years and models. The gear case is in good condition. The skeg was snapped off and welded back on at one point (see pictures). The gear case had a good amount of water with the oil, so the seals are no good. The oil that was in there was brownish in color. This may be due to some rusting of the gears, but I am not sure, just speculation. It does shift by hand into all gears, although it was a bit tough to turn the shaft by hand. Selling AS IS. Feel free to email me with any questions. Check my feedback and bid with confidence. Subaru recall hits nearly 634,000 Legacy, Outback, Tribeca and Forester vehicles
Thu, 03 Jan 2013Subaru has issued a recall for 2010 and 2011 Legacy and Outback vehicles, 2006 through 2012 Tribeca crossovers and 2009 through 2012 Foresters. The automaker says that “puddle lights” on those vehicles could, if exposed to an electrolytic fluid like salty water, short circuit and cause a fire. All in all, 633,842 cars and crossovers are included in the recall.
