The perfect item to keep your personal watercraft or any small boat, anchored away from the beach and damaging rocks. The heavy duty 1" nylon strap is secured to an anchor or stake (not included) by means of an adjustable loop on one end.
 The other end features an all brass swivel snap for attaching to the watercraft bow eye.* A 6" soft poly foam float keeps the snap end floating "upright" and highly visible when not in use so you can easily spot your ANCHOR BOBBERTM when coming back to shore. Uses high strength acetal buckles which won't scratch your watercraft. Strap measures approximately 8' long. Works in water depths of 2' to 4'. Sun, 08 Jan 2012The new high-tech, low weight Mercedes SL roadster receives its official global unveil next week in Detroit but Car Design News got an early peek of the final production car and had a chat with its designers at Mercedes' US advanced design studio in Carlsbad, California back in November. "We want to get back to clean, long-lasting design," director of Mercedes global advanced design and SL project leader, Steffen Kohl told CDN at the exclusive preview of the sixth-generation model. "So the new SL is long, sleek and still full of tension in the feature lines but less wedgy." In a short presentation Kohl felt all SLs became successfully iconic in their times because they followed two key rules – ‘sensuality' and ‘cleanness' – but alluded that the first rule may have been lost in more recent eras.

Mon, 29 Oct 2012The creators of the Renault stand at this year's Paris motor show have released a video explaining how they created one of the most popular show stands in recent years. The DGT Architects-designed Renault stand – named ‘The Bump' – was one of the stars of the show this year with its curves and lighting drawing praise and attracting admirers from across the event. A total of 388 large squashed light globes that softly glowed a variety of colors were hung from the ceiling and simulated the movements of waves as they illuminated the stand below. To convey a sense of motion to the cars underneath, DGT used the movement of the lights and the creation of two hills.
