A JVC KD-DV6200 faceplate.  This faceplate is in average physical condition, with scratches and scrapes and finish wear from use, especially on the corners and buttons.  The rubber ring around the volume knob is very worn and sticky.  Also has some sticker residue on the back.  I have no way to test it, but since there are no cracks or obvious signs of damage, I will guarantee it to be in working condition.
