Payment

Credit card payments may be made through PayPal without opening or logging into an existing account.

All in-state residents will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.

Winning bidder must make payment arrangements within 5 days.  If payment has not been received within 12 days of auction close, the item will be relisted  .

Shipping

We will only ship to the registered PayPal address due to seller protection policy.  If you want the items shipped to another address, register that address prior to bidding.

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday).

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. If you select a particular shipping method upon checkout, we will do our best to meet that request. However, we reserve the right to use a different shipper if it isn't practical/cost effective to use the selected shipper.

We do not ship outside of the US or Canada

Combined shipping is done at our discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

We strongly encourage bidders to purchase shipping insurance for items over $100.00.

Returns

We encourage you to ask any questions that are necessary for you to make an informed buying decision prior to bidding or purchasing.  If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a refund or exchange.  If you decide not to ask questions prior to purchasing, or simply take your chances, please don't expect us to pay return shipping charges.

Items that are sold as-is mean exactly that.  Again, we strongly encourage asking any questions and we'll do our best to answer them.  If you have expertise with an item and can provide guidance on how to test some aspect that you're interested in, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

For items that arrive damaged, please contact us before taking any further actions.  DO NOT return the item and DO NOT dispose of the shipping materials, as the shipper will often pick up the item themselves for inspection.  We can typically refund purchase fees after the claim is filed.  This can be done very quickly with your cooperation.
