Hyundai Equus gets a stretched version in South Korea

In the luxury game, bigger is better. So it shouldn’t be a surprise that Hyundai has launched a stretched version of the Equus sedan in its home market. It’s called the Equus limousine, and it gets an extra foot added to its wheelbase, stretching the car’s overall length to 215 inches for nearly 18 feet of luxury car.

White Van Man numbers booming

THE ADVANCE of White Van Man is accelerating, according to figures highlighted by the RAC Foundation. Between 2002 and 2012 the number of light vans on the roads increased by 29% to 3.3 million. During the same period, the increase in cars was 11%, with one in 10 vehicles on the roads now a light commercial vehicle.

Lada Priora Coupe

Launched at the Moscow motor show earlier this week is the new Lada Priora Coupe.  Based closely on the lower medium Priora sedan platform, the Coupe has no carry over exterior elements except for its headlamps. With dimensions of 4250mm long, 1696mm wide and 1430mm high, and a new found level of manufacturing quality, this Russian designed and manufactured Lada will go head to head with Hyundai Accent Coupe.
