Who the hell is Rory Carroll, and what is he doing to your autoweek.com?

Mon, 19 Mar 2012

My name is Rory Carroll, and as of this week, my full-time job is to be hopelessly obsessed with cars, and to share that obsession with you, the readers of autoweek.com. For whatever reason, I have more or less always believed that making a career writing about cars wasn't quite a realistic-enough option to pursue. Chevrolet Orlando MPV Paris debut

Thu, 26 Aug 2010

The Chevrolet Orlando MPV (left) seems a bit bland after the concept (right) Chevrolet first penned the idea of the Chevrolet Orlando with a concept in 2008 (which you can see on the right in the picture above). That has now turned in to the production Orlando which will debut at the Paris Motor Show in October, but it does seem to have lost something in the process of going from concept to production. Quelle surprise (well, it is the Paris Motor Show).

It's a lot funkier than the bland Accord sedan, which will get this facelift at the same time, so it's not shown up by its cooler sibling.
