Attention all tranny techs... up for bid or purchase is a seal installer set used to quickly and properly install the center support seals on the 4L80E transmission. Included in this set are the following: #J-38735-1, the protector, measures 2" in diameter and approx. 4" in length, and has a threaded screw at the top; and #J-38735-3, which I think is the pusher/installer, which has (16) "fingers" and - as seen in the last (2) pictures - simply slides over the protector to push the seals into their correct positions/grooves without rolling or twisting. Original came with a "sizer" that pressed the seals in their grooves, which unfortunately has cracked. Set retails for $151.24 thru Kent Moore! Please email with any questions.
