A FACTORY OEM King Bendix KNC 667 Digital Navigation Computer Maintenance/Overhaul Manual. THIS IS A GENERAL STATEMENT ABOUT ALL THE King/Bendix manuals, please read. These manuals came from an Aviation mechanic, they are used and show wear. The manuals are loose leaf style, and some pages have come loose. Some are hundreds, even thousands of pages, I can not guarantee all the pages are in the manual. But so far when I thought a page was missing, I found it stuck in the manual and out of place. Overall I would say they are in GOOD USABLE CONDTION, they are full of diagrams, schematics, part numbers, board views, troubleshooting, step-by-step instructions, and TONS OF VALUABLE INFORMATION. Some have updated pages/notes/service bulletins/copies stuck in them. I have left the manuals how they came. I can only assume any info put into or omitted from is of value. The item in the picture is the item you will receive. NO STOCK PHOTOS. SPECIFIC TO THIS MANUAL VERY GOOD USABLE CONDITIOIN, loose pages. Keyless ignition trends toward standardization
Tue, 05 Apr 2011A federal plan to require automakers to standardize keyless ignition systems in the wake of Toyota's unintended acceleration problems is likely to mirror industry guidelines issued in January, an automaker group said. Large automakers except Toyota said they already comply with the guidelines crafted by SAE International or plan to do so. These "recommended practices'' seek to counter the variation, driver confusion and safety problems that have ensued since automakers started installing push-button ignition in luxury models.
