The new Jaguar XJ - detail on video and driving footage We went off today to have a good look at the all new Jaguar XJ at the Saatchi Gallery, and we’ve come away even more impressed than we were from the detail we’ve had to date. So over the weekend we’ll bring you a ton of detail – which we promise will be pretty much the end of the big Jaguar XJ coverage until we get our hands on one – on what we know and what we feel about the XJ. Ford Granada with the heart of a Koenigsegg CCX

Two mad Norwegians – Joel Olsen and Ingar Byman – have transplanted the Ford V8 from the Koenigsegg CCX in to a Mk II Granada – Project ZZZ…ZZZ. The MK II Granada was a perfectly decent big Ford in the days Ford made big cars. Wallowy, yes, but better as the 2.8i than the 2.8 and even quite fun in a ‘piloting a barge’ sort of way.

The Mitsubishi XR-PHEV Evolution for Gran Turismo 6 brought to life The lines between reality and virtual reality are becoming ever more blurred as so much of our lives play out on line, and nowhere more so than with concept cars. The latest virtual reality car brought to some sort of real world life is the Mitsubishi XR-PHEV Evolution Vision Gran Turismo concept (much like the VW GTI Roadster we saw recently) which is being made available for Gran Turismo 6. Sadly, the XR-PHEV Evolution is just a concept and isn’t intended to proclaim the future of the Mitsubishi EVO, even though it’s an enticing thought.
