New parts, as long as they are still unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging, may be returned within fourteen days of receiving your order. We will be happy to replace the item at no charge to you, but ask only that you take a picture of the unsafe damaged item to send us as proof of your claim before we send you a replacement. We reserve the right to offer you a full refund in lieu of an exchange in the event that the item in question is out of stock at the time of the replacement. We do NOT accept returns on USED, MODIFIED, or INSTALLED parts. Damage incurred while your order is in transit is rare, but in the event that your order arrives damaged, please save all packing material and contact us immediately. The Specialty Equipment Market Association, better known to most of us as SEMA, has announced a hefty boost to its SEMA Memorial Scholarship Fund for 2013: The top student selected now gets $1,000 more for a total of $5,000 toward an automotive-related college education. Other eligible participants in four-year programs get $3,000—last year, they only received $2,000—and two-year students get their funds doubled to $2,000. In the Buckeye State, one lucky student at the Ohio Technical College will get complete tuition coverage, which is a cool $29,400.

Exotic might be a strong term for a Fiat, but when’s the last time you saw a nice 850 Spider? Our friends at Bring a Trailer spotted this gem on eBay Motors in what appears to be surprisingly good condition, particularly since these little Italian roller skates turned to dust upon contact with any form of moisture. The year and Sport moniker indicate that this is the more powerful, revised 850 delivering 52 hp from its rear-mounted 903-cc I4.

The new BMW X1 on the road for the first time
The X1 is designed to be a proper, compact SUV, aimed at a younger market, with less to spend, than most of BMW’s current offerings. Based on the 1 series platform, this shot seems to look exactly like the concept car (BMW X1 Concept gallery at the end). Not sure about the brown paint job, though.
