KT-74 ADSB 1090 ES "out" Transponder for sale with 8130 from Mid-Continent issued 5.24.2016.
Removed this transponder from my personal aircraft for avionics upgrade. Originally installed new in May 2015. Shipped off under warranty in May 2016 for repair of cosmetic issue with glass bezel which inexplicably cracked in area of on/off switch. Repaired under warranty on 5.23.2016 by replacement with improved glass bezel including upgrading to software version 3.13 and complete bench testing. This is not your typically 'used' unit. 1. 90 Warranty on repair. 2. Manufacturers warranty in effect until May 2017, (two year warranty as new). 3. 8130-3 dated May 24, 2016. Can't get any more recent than that!!! This is essentially a virtually new transponder being offered at a substantial discount. If you have an approved WAAS position source such as GNS 4xx/5xx or GTN 6xx/7xx this is your least expensive route to 2020 complicance Tray and connectors included. New Volvo V60, S60 & XC60 R-Design with Polestar Performance options
Wed, 27 Mar 2013Volvo has revealed new R-Design versions of the V60, S60 and XC60 with R-Design body, lowered suspension and the option of Polestar Performance. All three R-Design models get a new nose with a frameless Tech Matte Black grill, a silk metal R-Design logo, DRL lights on the corners, redesigned front wheel arches, rear diffuser and R-design tailpipes. Inside, the R-Design Volvos get sports seats covered in Nubuck textile and perforated leather, Adaptive Digital Display that offers three different configurations - Elegance, Eco and Performance – contrast stitching, stainless steel tread plates and R-Design logos.
Jaguar tops J. D. Power Survey again in 2013
Fri, 24 May 2013Even though the Jaguar XF actually slipped from 2nd to 3rd in the top cars section (although it was the ‘Best Executive Car’), behind the Skoda Superb and Skoda Yeti, it received five star ratings for performance, service and running costs and owners rated it as ‘Excellent’ across all categories. And it was more good news for Jaguar Land Rover as Land Rover was rated the most improved brand in 2013, jumping in to the top ten (in 6th place) for the first time, with Freelander owners noting an improved dealer experience and Discovery owners reporting 30 per cent fewer faults – and actually leading the SUV sector for reliability. That’ll help the still lingering perception that JLR’s cars can be ‘fragile’.
Peugeot 2008: Official
Mon, 07 Jan 2013The crossover / SUV version of the new Peugeot 208 – the Peugeot 2008 – has been revealed officially by Peugeot ahead of a Geneva 2013 debut. But the first official details from Peugeot of the production version of the 2008 tell us nothing more than we reported on Saturday when we got the first photos. Peugeot are long on how they’ve drawn on the 3008 Crossover (a better car than you’d expect) to create a B Segment Crossover that will take the fight to everything from the Countryman to the Juke, but very short on any real detail.
