Shipping within the Continental U.S.
We have multiple shipping pick-ups, and process orders throughout the day, if you place your order before 11am EST we will get it shipped out the same-day.
Ground shipping starts at $9.95 and takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Usually this is for unlimited items and unlimited weight. NOT all items qualify for $9.95 unlimited shipping. If you want to be sure, ask before committing to buy.
Two Day shipping starts at $24.95 for most items, some items maybe more. Contact us prior to purchase to be sure if your item qualifies for Two Day promo shipping fee.
We will email you your tracking number on the evening of the day your order ships out. However, keep in mind that some services do not include tracking info. You can also check
your account for tracking information as well.
Below we have supplied a UPS map that will give you an estimate of ground shipping time, please remember that this should only be used as an estimate. If you need an exact shipping time quote please use ebay's my messagse to contact us.
All packages valued at $250.00 or more will require a signature at time of delivery. No items can be picked up from shipping center, all packages must be delivered to the "ship to" address. These are Paypal requirements.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Priority Shipping is $16.95 and Two Day for $39.95. Only light weight and or smaller items will ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Please ask us before buying an item to confirm it can be shipped to these locations.
International Shipping If you would like us to ship to any location besides the Continental U.S., please contact us so we can give you a shipping quote. International rates start at $16.95 and go up from there. Package size, weight and shipping destinations can vary so much, quotes are necessary outside the Continetal U.S..
If you purchase from us from a country other than the Continental U.S., we will not ship your order until additional funds are collected for shipping.
We cannot supply shipping time estimates for international shipping. However, if tracking info is available we will send it to you.
We are not responsible for any duty fees, or taxes. Duty fees, and taxes normally need to be paid by you on delivery. We do not know the amount, and cannot supply this info. We cannot mark packages as a 'gift' to evade duty fees, or taxes.

We go to great lengths to create each product page to include everything you need to know to make an informed decision that will satisfy your needs the first time. We have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff who have a ton of experience in the marine industry, so please use them to solve any and all of your problems.
All items must be returned in original packaging, unused and unopened in order to receive a refund. Item AND packaging must be in like new condition. We do not take returns of digital media, chart cards and electronics. NO EXCEPTIONS. For all other item types, we have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you get a product that you don't like or cannot use, simply request a return merchandise authorization number and send it back for a full refund LESS shipping charges. Orders where free shipping was provided, appropriate shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Items returned opened, damaged or not like new condition are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
In the unfortunate event you receive an item with a defect, or the wrong item, we'll be happy to repair it, replace it or refund your money. Item must be unused, unopened and in all original packaging. Items returned opened, damaged or not like new condition are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
