This Auction is for my L98 engine from my 1985 Chevy C4 Corvette 106k miles on vehicle after extensive research and about a million phone calls I found that the engine that is currently for sale has 55,165 miles as of sept 24th, it was pretty obvious because this engine is snappy and clean as a whistle
perfect for a drop in or a stroker build
2 owner vehicle ,I am the second owner and have had this vehicle for about a year, this motor is in perfect running condition, no valve train or bottom end noise, the first owner had impecable records for oil changes and for the last 10 years has used full synthetic oil, I have used only DEXOS 5w30 synthetic blend and only AC delco filters, recently had complete tune-up and full system clean, I did a hot soak with GM upper engine cleaner to break up any oil control ring carbon, I will be posting a youtube video of compression tests and test running, it is still in vehicle and my daily driver, I will pull the engine when it sells so I will require 5 working days to get it pulled prepped and palitized for shipping
This engine will be complete and ready to drop in, it will have a 14 day return policy buyer pays return shipping, I will only ship freight or you can pick it up at the dealership where I work and save the shipping costs
If you do require shipping, please message me with you zip code and you will need to be able to pick up at terminal or make arrangements for sight delivery with a drop ramp freight truck, those arrangements will need to be handled by buyer
If you live within 150 miles and have a way to unload this from the back of a pickup truck, I would be willing to deliver the paleted engine for 1.25 per delivered mile

JUST TO BE CLEAR this is my daily driver and runs like a champ, please dont exspect me to have this fully dressed SBC engine shipped in a day , I will work very hard to get it out ASAP but I reserve 5 business days to get things ready to go , it will most likely be shipped within a couple to 3 days but I ask for 5 in case life happens

New photos of Tesla Model S show more aggressive style
Mon, 06 Jun 2011Tesla dropped some new photos of the Model S Alpha sedan on us on Monday, and the car is looking more like a production vehicle every day. The shots show a Tesla Model S in a shade of black sporting a new front fascia with a lower, sharper, more aggressive look. It includes some vents for possible brake or engine cooling purposes, along with the same 10-spoke fan-blade wheels as the concept car.
Ford agrees to sell Aston Martin
Wed, 14 Mar 2007Ford Motor Company announced this week it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Aston Martin, its prestigious UK sports car business. The new owner of Aston Martin is a consortium comprised of: David Richards, founder and chairman of Prodrive, a world-leading motorsport and automotive technology company; John Sinders, an avid Aston Martin collector and a backer of Aston Martin Racing; and Investment Dar and Adeem Investment Co, international investment companies headquartered in Kuwait. The sale is expected to close during the second quarter and the transaction values Aston Martin at GBP 479 million ($925 million). As part of the transaction, Ford will retain a GBP 40 million ($77 million) investment in Aston Martin.
