PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due within 48 hours of auction end.  For a fixed price listing, payment is due upon purchase. That way I can get it shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you have any questions at all please ask prior to buying/bidding. I will typically answer within 24 hours. If you make a mistake and need to retract a bid/cancel a purchase please contact me ASAP, and we’ll work through eBay’s system. I know it happens, but with the changes in the new policies from eBay all cancellations will need to be initiated by the buyer. NOTE: I have eBay's Payment system on so if payment isn't received within 2 days of auction end an unpaid item case will be opened up.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please read the shipping options listed in the sale. I typically ship larger items via Fed Ex. Sometimes I’ll ship USPS flat rate as well, and smaller items always ship via USPS. Just make sure to check out what I have listed in the shipping area. This is how your item will arrive. I try to ship out within a day of payment receipt, but just so you know, if I receive payment for an item over a weekend, the item won’t ship out until the next business day.

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment please contact me within 24 hours of item receipt so that I can file a shipping claim.  Failure to do so will result in no refunds or returns, and the owner is responsible for fixing the situation with the shipper.  Also note that on items over $500, eBay automatically adds signature requirement in order to deliver.  Please keep this in mind.

For items listed as FREE LOCAL PICKUP, I will store items at no fee for 90 Days.  After 90 Days I reserve the right to relist and sell the item.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of the items not as described, not working, or damaged.  The 30 day return period begins from confirmed delivery of the item based upon the shippers tracking information.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.  If you purchase something that should "work" you will need to verify that it is in proper working condition within the 30 day period.  No returns will be accepted outside of the 30 day period.  Returns will not be accepted on tools that are broken or damaged during the course of usage.  Seek manufacturers warranty policy for more information on tools.

FEEDBACK POLICY

I will not provide feedback until the transaction is completed and you are happy. I strive for 100% satisfaction, and if you have a problem at all please contact me immediately so that we can work things out. There are some on eBay that have started to abuse the system to their own gain, and I will do what I can to make sure that everything is described as best as possible, and that if there are issues, that those issues are clearly outlined and shown in the pictures. Most importantly if you have ANY questions at all on a listing please contact me prior to bidding and/or buying. I want this to be a great place to find cool stuff at a great price, and having buyers work with me is imperative to allowing me to continue to sell on eBay. I appreciate your help with this, and again if you have a question, please ask before you make any decision.

QUESTIONS

As stated, if you have questions, aren’t sure about something, want to know more about shipping options, payment methods, whether an items works, you want to see video of an item working, etc PLEASE ASK PRIOR TO BIDDING AND/OR BUYING. I will do my best to answer your questions as quickly as I can. If you are looking to bid on an auction don’t wait until the end to ask a question. A lot of my auctions end well after I’m in bed so I won’t be able to get to you in time. So again please ASK BEFORE YOU BID or BUY.
