PAYMENTS

We accept payment only through PayPal.   Payments must be received within 7 days of auction end or Buy It Now purchase. Failure to pay within 7 days will result in non-paying bidder action. Once the action has been issued, the buyer agrees to forfeit the sale and the item will be relisted.  We do not cancel transactions for any reason.  Please make sure you have read the entire auction description, ask any questions and agree to complete the transaction before bidding.

Sales tax of 6% will be added for Idaho residents.

SHIPPING

Shipping & handling charges are for Continental U.S. only, unless otherwise stated.  

 For International shipping rates please contact us for a quote before bidding, Thank You.

All packages that are returned to us by the shipping carrier as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item, if we notify you and you request the package to be reshipped.

It is the Buyers responsibility to ensure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address. The shipping feature we use automatically imports the shipping address information input by the buyer into the system, so please double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment.

Items ship within 24 hours (does not include weekends or holidays)  from the time that we receive cleared payment.   

 

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours by contacting directly via email for return authorization.  An item sent for return must be complete and include original package and all tags and labels that originally came with the item.  If an item  has signs of use it cannot be returned for exchange or refund.  If the item is defective a replacement will be sent.  Return shipping charges are Buyers responsibility and are non-refundable no exceptions.

If you receive your product but are not happy with it, you must notify us within 48 hours by contacting directly via email for return authorization.  An item sent back for refund must be complete, unused (including installed and removed) and include original package and all tags and labels that originally came with the item.   If you can not do this the item is NON-refundable.  Return shipping charges are Buyers responsibility and are non-refundable no exceptions.  

After 7 day period absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be accepted with no exceptions.

All returns and warranty claims will require a Return Authorization number to be processed. All packages sent without a Return Authorization number will be refused and shipped back to sender, which may result in voiding your return or exchange.
