This is an exhaust temperature indicator used on various types of aircraft. This one was removed during tear down and has been in storage since. It is in good condition without damage to the housing or connector. The glass is not cracked and needle is in place. The data plate reads MFRS. PART NO. 151C40A2, INDICATOR TEMP. THERMOCOUPLE, THE LEWIS ENGR. CO. It is not tagged and I have no way to test it so it is being listed AS IS. Thank you for looking and please see our many other aviation auctions.

THE TRIAL of Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone on bribery charges has begun in a case that could threaten his grip on the sport. Ecclestone, 83, talked with his lawyers and smiled as he took his place at the Munich state court today. He is accused of bribery and incitement to breach of trust, and could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

The range extender engine was part of a joint project between Lotus, Jaguar, MIRA and Caparo in conjunction with the Technology Strategy Board and was designed to provide charge – rather than drive – for hybrid cars. A solution that seems far more elegant than the current Prius-type setups.
