The item is made completely of plastic .

The item is in USED DAMAGED CONDITION appearance wise.   The item is supposed to have 3 mounting teeth.  One of the mounting teeth is partially broken off . 

This may prove to be a viable CHEAP replacement for someone.  Even though one of the 3 mounting teeth is patially broken, two of them still remain in perfect damage free condition.  It's highly likely that the item would fit tightly and work perfectly.  This would serve as a very cheap replacement.  YOU'RE BUYING "AS IS" with no promises or guarantees!!!!!!
