You, the buyer, are expected to actually Read and Comprehend the listing description.

By bidding on the item(s) described, you acknowledge that your bid is a binding contract and that you have the ability to complete this transaction, within 72 hours of the auction ending.

Please use common sense - This Is eBay, not Wal-Mart. If the listing states "No Returns", don't ask for refunds because you didn't read the listing details.

All electronic equipment (anything you can plug in) is sold "AS IS" and is offered for sale with NO warranty.

If a return is determined necessary and approved, then the Buyer bears all cost and liability to return the item for refund or exchange, regardless of circumstance.

Please inspect all packages BEFORE opening. DO NOT ACCEPT any package that has obviously suffered severe damage during shipping. Make the shipper return the damaged parcel to the seller so a legitimate refund can be issued.

Do Not Assume anything - ask if you are not sure.

'Paradox' in transport policy claim

Tue, 26 Nov 2013

THERE IS A "paradox at the heart" of the Government's roads programme, a transport policy professor has told MPs. The question on whether traffic levels would increase or decrease in the future was unresolved, University College London emeritus professor of transport policy Phil Goodwin told the House of Commons Transport Committee. The paradox was that if traffic levels increased the planned roads programme was "not big enough to make an improvement", he said.

Toyota Furia Concept teased ahead of Detroit Auto Show (video)

Fri, 21 Dec 2012

Toyota has revealed a short video teasing a new concept car for the Detroit Auto Show - the Toyota Furia Concept. Toyota are intent on convincing us they’re heading in a sportier direction with their cars, and it’s true that dynamics and styling seem to be coming to the forefront in new models. That intent is demonstrated with the latest concept from Toyota – the Toyota Furia – which gets a tease ahead of a Detroit Auto Show reveal and appears to offer a sporty-looking saloon and a name that could have come straight from a video game – cue explosions and fire to demonstrate the Furia.

Vauxhall Insignia VXR Unlimited Option

Thu, 05 May 2011

Vauxhall Insignia VXR - now good for 170mph We like the Vauxhall Insignia; it’s a very good car. We like it even more in better-than-warm Vauxhall Insignia VRX guise, where this warmed-over rep-mobile manages to pick up its skirts and scoot to 60mph in 5.6 seconds. Which is all rather appealing.
