Mercedes F125! concept hints at electric S-class

Here's a riddle for luxury automakers: How will big, high-powered cars fit into a world that's greener, more congested and more tightly regulated than today? Mercedes-Benz rolled out one possible answer here last month with the F125! concept car.

Mazda 3 (2014)

The third-generation Mazda 3 is the also the third model from the Hiroshima-based company to be developed under its much-flaunted ‘Skyactiv', high-efficiency mantra and its Kodo design language. Outside it's a clear relative of the previous Kodo (Japanese for ‘soul of motion') Mazdas, the D-segment 6 and CX5 compact SUV. Its DRG is familiar from those cars with a deep, five-sided grille with a sharp chrome accent that spears into the wide lamps.

Future products: Toyota lineup gets an 18-month makeover

Toyota plans to move into new product segments over the next 18 months, as well as redesign several mainstream models. By the spring of 2012, Toyota will launch all-new versions of the Camry, Yaris, Tacoma and RAV4. Also, the new FT-86 sport coupe, developed with Subaru, should arrive on these shores by that time.
