To process new returns electronically if you are located in the U.S. and paid with a Paypal account to initiate a return, you simply click “Return this item” next to the transaction in "My eBay", choose a reason, and print a return shipping label and packing slip.
The following process should be done only if the electronic process(above) would not work or if you are outside of the U.S. or paid with a guest paypal account by credit card go to the link at the bottom of this page print and fill out the form to send with the return.
All new returns must be in new, salable condition, in the manufacturer's branded box the part was in, and can't be previously installed. All Haynes, Chilton manuals, and Fel-Pro must be in the original packaging unopened or no credit will be given. There is no new returns on any electrical parts.
WARRANTY RETURNS
All defective parts will be replaced for same part purchased. Warranty is exchange only no refunds unless replacement part not available or parts lookup listing is incorrect. Most warranty's are for one year only. This only includes manufacturer defects it doesn't include any defects from normal wear or installer error.
Simply go to the link at the bottom of this page print and fill out the form and send it with the return or return with form on the back of the packing slip. It is Warranty Exchange only as stated on the item page for one year from the date of purchase. We will send you a replacement part when the defective one is received. If you are in need of a new one sooner, you can purchase another from us and when the defective part is received in the manufacturer box we will issue a refund for the second transaction. We must be notified ahead of time before you do this otherwise we will send a replacement without knowing. IF RETURNING THROUGH EBAY ELECTRONIC RETURN PROCESS THE FORM IS NOT NECESSARY.

The Interweb has changed the established dynamic so much that traditional advertising - and traditional advertising agencies – struggle to know how to operate. Print advertising for car makers makes much less sense than it ever did, even though many cling to it like a comfort blanket.

The Aston Martin V12 Vantage - now a regular AM model
We love the Aston Martin V12 Vantage, even though we’ve only actually driven the V8 Vantage (4.3 & 4.7 versions). But we know from the difference the 4.7 made to the V8 what a great car the V12 must be to drive. And we’ll get our hands on one at some point soon.

Volvo and its performance arm Polestar have developed tuning software for C30, C70 and S40 cars fitted with the T5 turbocharged engine. It increases power by 23 hp and torque by 29 lb-ft by revising valve and spark timing. The software is compatible with 2008-model-year and newer cars and goes on sale on Nov.
