Jaguar F-type R coupe (2013) first official pictures
Wed, 20 Nov 2013By Ollie Kew First Official Pictures 20 November 2013 08:00 This is the Jaguar F-type R: a hot cat with a tin (or glass) roof. It’s the stiffest production Jaguar ever, and with the 542bhp supercharged V8 from the XFR-S up front, one of the fastest (and sexiest) too. The F-type R, which has 54bhp more than the F-type V8 S roadster, launches to 62mph in just 4.0sec.
2013 Maserati Quattroporte night testing (video)
Sat, 29 Dec 2012Maserati has released a video of the 2013 Quattroporte out night testing ahead of a Detroit Auto Show public debut. The new Quattroporte is bigger and more powerful than the current model and leaves Maserati room to introduce a smaller version – the new Maserati Ghibli – to take on the sports saloons from BMW, Mercedes and Jaguar. To be honest, the video tells us little we don’t already know about the new Quattroporte (except perhaps that it has frameless glass in the side windows), but it does indicate how keen Maserati are to keep the new Quattroporte’s PR momentum on the move ahead of its debut.
Jaguar CUV, entry-level sedan on the horizon
Tue, 07 May 2013UPDATED: Jaguar Land Rover has submitted two trademark applications to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, a potential clue to the luxury brand's 2015 product plans. Reports from Edmunds.com and others state that the "XQ" and "Q-Type" names could be used on an all-wheel-drive crossover and new sub-$40,000 sedan for 2015.
