SHIPPING:

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, PO Box, APO/ FPO and International shipments may require additional processing time up to 7 business days not shown in the eBay delivery time estimator.

CLAIMS / WARRANTY:

• All claims for damage, missing, or incorrect items must be made within 7 business days after receipt. 
• On damage or loss claims, processing with shipping companies may take up to 30 days. We will handle the paperwork but we may require images and or other descriptions from you to file the claim.
• As an authorized dealer for this product, you receive factory warranty and support. If you have a problem with the part, please contact us or the manufacturer directly. Please keep your Paypal invoice for proof of purchase. Every manufacturer has different warranty policies and the warranty process will be in accordance with the manufacturer's policy.
• Missing parts from inside the manufacturer's product box maybe handled as a warranty by manufacturer and some manufacturer may ask that you contact them directly. We will advise of the correct procedure in the rare case this happens.

RETURNS:

• Returns must either use the Ebay return system (if available in your country) or you must contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not send returns to the return address on the shipping label without a valid return authorization. This will result in your return being rejected or may even become lost.
