New bulbs, great reflectors, these lights are in good shape, normal signs of wear for 30 year old pieces. They have some wear marks on them, but the lenses are excellent which is the most important part. They work great. They fit Mustang GT, SVO, Thunderbird Turbo Coupe and Cougar XR7 Turbo. They also fit the Lincoln LSC.
