This listing is for a rebuild of one hydraulic headlight cylinders for above cars (Bora / Merak and Khamsin medium size seat cylinder and long pedal box cylinder all same price


 Note  The Seat cylinder for the Maserati Khamsin is longer then the  headlight cylinder  there is no room under / in between the seat and the floor  for any cylinder that has a larger diameter O/D then the original cylinder ,, there is absolutely no room ( to fit ), for  a cylinder with a larger cylinder hat .. again it will not fit inbetween ...unless it's copied to the same dimensions as the original !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



You will keep the original cylinders in use on your car  but will be able to screw the hat  onto the cylinder  ,, all seals are available at your local seal shop if  ever you need to rebuild the cylinders 


Your car will have  it's own original Bosch cylinders 


You will have to send your old cylinder (s') (core )

we will redesign rebuild your cylinder so that you will be able to screw the head on to your cylinders  just like  my previous  new cylinders

Of course we install new seals etc  when you receive the cylinder it's ready to use 


We also service your  hydraulic switch  the single  and double swicth and single switch for the bora ,,and the single switch for the  Khamsin  and Merak

If ever you have a leaking cylinder due to a worn seal , no need to   worry anymore as you can service  your original Bosch cylinder ( install new seals yourself  , if ever needed that is, highly unkikely  )   all seals we use are universal

Mercedes SLS AMG – production begins

The Mercedes SLS AMG has gone in to production in Germany I don’t know why – as Mercedes hadn’t previously announced it – but we guessed that they’d already started to put the Mercedes SLS AMG in to production ready for the first customer cars to start hitting in the Spring. But apparently they’ve only just started. The SLS AMG is due to arrive in Germany at the end of March at a base price of €177,310 and is being produced at the Mercedes factory in Sindelfengen, Germany.

Mazda SkyActiv technology goes on offer to raise funds

Mazda is looking to license their SkyActiv Technology to raise capital (CX-5 with SkyActiv pictured) Mazda are predicting losses for the current financial year of £750 million and are looking to sell their SkyActiv technology to raise cash. Mazda isn’t having the best of times at the moment, despite an impressive range of cars that are getting more interesting with Mazda’s SkyActiv technology, and are predicting that they will post a loss of around £750 million for the current financial year. There are a variety of reasons for Mazda’s financial predicament – including the strength of the Yen and the production problems after the Japanese Tsunami – but this is the fourth year in a row Mazda has posted losses.
