This item was in its original package which was opened, the packaging was still attached to the item; this item has never been used. Since the package was opened and in storage, there are a few spots of light surface corrosion to this item, therefore it will be sold in "used" condition. This item was manufactured for fast and accurate cylinder deglazing. It was made to have a powerful arm design. It has a spring tension adjusting nut for positive cutting action and smooth glaze breaking capacity. This item is operated by a standard drill. All pictures are of actual item.
