This is a Head Light Assembly with Mount Bracket for Mazda 6 model year 2003 2004 and 2005 Driver side. This head light assembly comes with bulbs, connectors and extended wire harness for you to use if the one you are replacing is missing or damaged but I don't guarantee all the bulbs will be ok. This is a clean head light with all the tabs and no cracks. I sell clean used items and they may have normal wear and tear. If anything is missing, I will notify on the description or pictures.
