This listing is for one copy of the McCulloch Racing Engine Manual.  These same karting engines were also used in many of the larger McCulloch saws, including the Mac 15, SP 125 and others. If you have a Mac karting engine or a large Mac saw, this manual is a must for you!

This book covers the 90, 91, 92, 93,100 & 101 series engines, but also applies to many others. It covers Installation, Fuel Mixture, Operation Instructions, Spark Plugs, Exhaust Stacks, Adjustments, Overhaul Instructions (cylinders, pistons, piston rings, connecting rods, crankshaft and main bearings, crankcase seals, reed valves, and gaskets), Maintenance Tips, Torque Values and Specifications. It covers everything from a simple tune-up to a complete major rebuild. There is also a large chart that compares tire size to gearing ratios to rpms -  showing the resulting speed (in mph) that can be achieved by using different gearing (sprockets) at specified rpms. There is also a section that shows you how to economically build your own degree wheel to set the ignition timing.

The manual is 5-1/2" by 8-1/2" and is 33 pages with over 24 clear "do it yourself" illustrations.

This listing is for the lower 48 United States only.
