I'm a full time Firefighter/paramedic, and an avid motorcycle rider. I part out bikes to help offset what I spend building, riding, and racing them. With that said, I'm not a shop, and this is not my main job. I will do everything in my power to ship parts out ASAP, and 95% of the time I get them out within 1 business day of when they are paid for, but because my work schedule(where I work 24hr shifts, and sometimes work 48 and 72hr shifts), and my riding, there may be rare occasions that it may take longer than 24hrs before I get it shipped out. If you are in a rush to get the part, please contact me, and I will do everything I can get it out fast(and if you contact me, I can make special arrangements, and 99% of the time can get it sent out the same day). But if you are somebody who expects everything to be shipped instantly "come hell or high water", please find another seller who will better fit your needs, because I may very well be busy dealing with hell or high water, or just unwinding and riding my motorcycles. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, ALL OF THE PARTS I'M SELLING ARE USED. I guarantee them to fit the bike I took them off of; and any other years on models mentioned are to help people find parts that may work for them, not a guarantee of fitment. I pride myself in good customer service, accurate descriptions, and low prices. There is no feasible way for me to list or confirm every possible fitment while keeping my prices low. If you're not sure, check with your local dealer, or compare part numbers at an online oem supplier like motosport. BUT I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT EVERY PART I SELL IS SOLD EXACTLY AS PICTURED AND AS-IS. It is also possible that over the life of the bike that I'm parting out, that parts were changed to something other than what was put on at the assembly line. So, where am I going with all of this? I wont stick anybody with parts they don't want or can't use. I accept returns, and my great feedback speaks for itself; seriously, read through some of it.... I treat other riders(that's you) how I would want to be treated; but I ask that you do the same for me in two ways. 1- having realistic expectations when your buying used parts. 2- if something is not right; let me know and give me a chance to make it right for you before opening a dispute or leaving feedback. I've never had anybody who has contacted me with an issue not end up completely satisfied. I aim for 5 star service 100% of the time. If I'm not achieving that, please let me know how I can improve.
