This pair of mens' chaps is in superb condition . . . only worn once.

The brand is Elements; they have a 40" waist & 32" inseam.

They're a great layer & a great level of comfort.

In the front, there is a leather strap at the waist with a buckle & 5 holes; at the back, there are 3 rows of 2 holes each attached with leather ties.  With both these ways to adjust the waist, you can get an excellent fit.

Near the top, each leg has a zipper approximately 7" long; this can be used to adjust the chaps at the thigh.

Each leg has an approximately 22" long Heavy-duty zipper from the top of the leg to just above the snaps at the bottom of the leg - it's on the outside of the leg.  Below the zipper, there are 3 heavy-duty snaps that cover approximately 9".

In the back, there is a pocket.  The bottom of the legs are cut straight across without any stitching.
