If damage resulted to your screen's glass (cracked, scratched, shattered), there is an additional $49 fee to replace it! All return shipping will be through USPS Priority unless another service is desired. International members will have a USPS Air Mail service, unless Express is paid for. Please allow 24-72 hours for turn-around.

How Does it Work?
It's as Easy as 1, 2, 3!

1..   Use "BUY IT NOW" to purchase service

2..   Turn on your radio by pressing the volume button once.

• Press the "TAPE" button and then the "EJECT" key. The center tape flap will lower.
  

• Remove the lid off of the inner tape flap (separate using a thin blade or fingernail).

• Disconnect cable/plug from LCD glass. It will pull out of socket - do not be afraid of breaking anything, this is how it is designed.

3..   Remove Glass LCD from the plastic faceplate housing and package it carefully to be mailed to us. Email us for mailing information.

****Please take your display securely-packaged to FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Postal Service (USPS), etc. to have it mailed in. Please include a note of symptoms & return mailing address. You will receive mailing instructions after purchase.
