TERMS OF SALE:

• Payment: PAY PAL PREFERRED. If you do not use Pay Pal, email us for other arrangements, prior to bidding. We require immediate payment via Pay Pal. If you use your bank account to pay through Pay Pal, it is considered to be an E-CHECK, which will delay processing and shipping by 3-5 days, as Pay Pal puts a hold on all E-CHECK Payments. Credit Card payments via Pay Pal are considered to be instant, and will speed up the shipping process tremendously.

 

• Shipping: Our shipping charge also includes a nominal handling fee, which helps us cover the cost of tape, packaging and the gas to drive to the post office. We normally ship Mondays through Friday, although Saturday shipping is also available upon request. We use USPS exclusively. If you want us to use another carrier, please email us ahead of time to make arrangements. (WE EXCLUSIVELY USE USPS)

 

• Customs Disclaimer:  International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

 

 

 

• Tracking/Delivery Confirmation: All orders within the United States are shipped with delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with the delivery confirmation number upon shipping. You may then be able to log into usps.com to verify delivery of your item, but keep in mind that this service is not the same as tracking, and USPS will not provide tracking information until the item is delivered.

 

• Returns:  Navigation discs are considered to be software, and as such can be easily duplicated using a personal computer. For this reason, we do not refund navigation purchases. We will however accept returns for non-working discs or non-compatible discs, in trade for a like-kind exchange or store credit for other merchandise. If you receive your disc and find a problem with it, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and please return the disc as soon as possible, for an exchange. All other item will also be exchanged! Return shipping will be at buyer’s expense.

 

• Feedback: We realize that it is impossible to please 100% of people, but we strive for complete customer satisfaction by doing all that we can to resolve any issues that may arise after sale. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by the ebay message system, before you leave any negative or neutral feedback. If everything is as expected and you are 100% satisfied with our product and post sale service, please go ahead and leave us positive feedback, and make sure to give us 5-stars on all the DSRs (Detailed Seller Ratings). Please do not post anything negative to our feedback profile before you contact us. Many problems are easily solved via a simple phone call.
