This is a used Mercedes-Benz COMAND 2.0 Stereo GPS Head Unit out of a W210 E320 Wagon. It worked flawlessly when removed from the vehicle, and looks as though it was well cared for.
If the buyer wants, it will accompany the factory 6-disc CD changer from the same vehicle, but the CD changer did not work in the vehicle; as it would not eject the cartridge, I believe it to be the motor, but I am not sure if there is anything else wrong with it. I would appreciate an email from the winning buyer letting me know either way before I package the item for shipping. Porsche uses phone-formatted bar codes to connect with customers
Tue, 12 Jul 2011Porsche is harnessing the power of smartphones, using Microsoft Tag bar codes to provide dealership customers with unique information about the cars they're looking at. Buyers can scan the square stickers with a properly equipped phone, and the application will take them to dedicated microsites where they can see stats, videos and pictures of the car, along with audio clips of a flat-six engine revving up. Through the microsite, buyers can provide contact info for a follow-up call from Porsche salespeople.

The Kia Soul may not be thye first car you’d think of turning in to a hot hatch, but that hasn’t stopped the Kia Track’ster arriving as a concept at the Chicago Motor Show today. Based on the Soul, the Tracks’ter (those Kia apostrophes again) gets 4WD, loses its back seats to what Kia call an “Integrated Equipment Tray” instead, gets a 2.0 litre turbo with 250bhp mated to a six-speed ‘box and a set of 19″ alloys.
