Made from high-quality stainless steel, this lightweight, high-flow sport muffler exhaust system from Speedriven is designed to be a bolt-on upgrade for Mercedes-Benz E, CLS, and SL class cars with the latest 4.7 liter and 5.5 liter Biturbo V8 engines. Compared to the heavier, more restrictive factory exhaust systems, these lightweight sport mufflers deliver superior air flow for maximum, high-RPM power and produce a deep, rich sound that enhances the cars' aggressive performance without compromising the highly refined character of a Mercedes-Benz.

BUY IT ONCE

Our high-flow sport exhausts have been tested on vehicles making in excess of 800 WHP to the wheels.  Put these cat-backs on your Mercedes-Benz now, and they'll grow with you from the stock car, to a tuned car with high-flow downpipes and an ECU software tune, to a billet-wheel 850+ HP turbo monster and beyond.  This exhaust won't bottleneck your performance like some others will, so you'll never have to buy another exhaust for your car again.

Take a look at our complete R231 SL550 exhaust system (downpipes shown, not included at this price) alongside the factory system.  Better sound, less weight, more power = better performance all around!

Kevin Bertram brought an original 1969 Dodge Charger, complete with Confederate flag on top.

Mercedes C 180 CGI BlueEFFICIENCY Review & Road Test (2010)

Sun, 15 Aug 2010

The Mercedes C180 CGI BlueEFFICIENCY in for a week for Review & Road Test There was a time when you knew what lurked beneath theĀ bonnetĀ of a Mercedes; the badge on the boot shouted it loud and clear. If it was an S500 you knew it had a 5.0 litre engine and if it said C180 you could safely assume you’d get a modest 1.8 litre lump to row Mercedes’ smallest saloon along. But things have got a bit more complicated over the years; probably because the cubic capacity of the engine is not necessarily an indication of its power.
