Jaguar F-Type: On sale 20th April 2013
Tue, 09 Apr 2013But that’s set to change this month with the new Jaguar F-Type officially going on sale on 20th April (in the UK, at least), when Jaguar are expecting many of the thousands of ‘Expressions of Interest’ in the F-Type to turn in to confirmed orders. And so they should. From an initial scepticism about Jaguar’s seemingly ‘premium’ pricing of the F-Type, we eventually concluded it was nothing of the sort.
Dacia Logan Estate: Price from £6,995
Fri, 05 Apr 2013The Dacia Logan MCV (Estate) becomes the UK’s cheapest estate car with prices from £6,995 – for the Logan MCV 1.2 Access trim – rising to £10,795. That’s £1,000 less than we’d expected when the Logan estate was revealed at Geneva last month, and cheap enough to make it the cheapest estate car on sale in the UK. True, the entry-level Logan estate in Access trim with the 1.2 litre 74bhp petrol engine, 15″ steel wheels and not a lot of toys, isn’t exactly specced up, but if you need a proper estate car – and you want it new – the Logan MCV (the MCV bit means ‘Maximum Capacity Vehicle) is a great deal.
First nine 'Legends of Bugatti' Veyron are all sold out
Fri, 28 Feb 2014Seems like a lot of the world's wealthiest auto fanatics/premium lifestyle enthusiasts can't wait to find out what the successor to the awe-inspiring Bugatti Veyron will look like. Knowing full well that the automaker won't start working on its next seven-figure neck-snapper until the remaining stock of Veyrons is accounted for, they've been eating up the cars like they're going out of style: Bugatti says the nine examples of its "Legends of Bugatti" series produced so far have been sold. That's despite a roughly $3 million per-car sticker price.
