Closed cooling for a GM 2.5 or 3.0 block only. Does not cool manifold & riser as 99% of the kits available for the 2.5 and 3.0 don't.
San Juan heat exchanger off a 1989 Mercruiser 3.0 is In good working condition, just repainted it with 3 coats of Mercruiser OEM engine paint. Has a few small dents but it does not affect the functionality. The end cap gaskets are brand new, never used. Last pic is an example of how the reservoir tank mounts to the engine. The block Reservoir Mercruiser P/N 96878A2 is brand new never used. This kit also includes a used plastic overflow tank. With this kit, Just disconnect your raw water hose, which will then run to the heat exchanger, the other 3 hoses needed are included. The only line you should need is a small generic overflow/Vent tube coming from the plastic overflow cap to the metal reservoir cap. |

Chevrolet Spark EV tops EPA's fuel-economy rankings for 2014
Thu, 05 Dec 2013The 2014 Chevrolet Spark EV has been named the most fuel-efficient vehicle by the EPA and the Department of Energy in a new ranking for 2014. The Spark EV returns a combined 119 mpg equivalent, achieving 128 mpg in the city and 109 mpg on the highway. Chevrolet's pure-electric hatch displaced last year's chart topper, the Scion 2013 iQ EV, with its 121 mpg equivalent rating, but the Scion is not offered for the 2014 model year, so it didn't make the list for the U.S.

The new front-mid engined supercar is skinned in carbon-fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), which, aside from being both lightweight and strong, also enabled greater freedom to create shapes, curves and edges. Seen in the flesh, however, the white bodycolor did the LFA few favors, though this choice may have more to do with slighting Acura - the last NSX, the Type-R, was also white with a red and black interior.
