Stolen Jaguar E-Type returned to owner after 46 years
Thu, 18 Sep 2014A Jaguar E-Type that was stolen from outside its owner’s New York apartment in 1968 will be returned to its rightful custodian 46 years after the car first went missing. Original owner Ivan Schneider described the outcome as a "miracle" – which it sort of is, when you find out the full story behind the finding of his classic E-Type. Thu, 03 Dec 2009The Honda P-NUT at the LA Motor Show This is another of those ‘Lets see what we can make’ type concepts with probably precious little chance of being made. But the Honda ‘Personal-Neo Urban Transport’ – or Honda P-NUT – does make for an interesting micro city car concept. The P-NUT is a three-seat (which sounds great in principle, but all 3-seat cars – McLaren F1 included – are a pain for the driver to get in and out) concept with masses of angular lines and glass, designed to be offered with one of three powertrains – a petrol, petrol-electric hybrid or pure EV.
Is this the first 2014 Corvette Stingray crash?
Thu, 01 Aug 2013The photo quality isn't great, but what you see before you may be the first multicar accident involving a new 2014 Corvette Stingray, and what appears to be a second-gen Lincoln Town Car. Chevy also had a single-car Corvette incident in Arizona back in February. Shot in Madison Heights, Mich., the new Stingray pictured is part of Chevrolet's captive test fleet judging by the manufacturer license plate.
